To help you make the most of GAIM USA and allow you to make more one-on-one contacts, each attendee will have access to a Personal Electronic Delegate Identifier (PEDI). With an anticipated sellout crowd, SpotMe will be an invaluable tool to identify, find, and build relationships with the people you want me meet. Plus, keep organized with personalized agendas, one-on-one meeting scheduler and electronic business card exchange throughout the event.
With the new SpotMe, everyone can easily communicate with each other. Here’s how:
- Access to the entire list of GAIM USA 2008 participants during the event
- Send electronic messages to other participants
- Schedule appointments with participants
- Connect with new contacts
- Exchange electronic business cards with photos
- Use positioning technology to be notified when an important contact is nearby
- Respond to live voting and polling questions
- Take notes on sessions and on people you meet
- Access the event agenda to help plan your time
At the end of the event, SpotMe will send you all of their collected business cards with photos and notes. The business cards can be automatically uploaded into Outlook or a PDA – saving the you valuable time.
